This information is directly sent to our marketing CRM, provided by Drip Inc (Avenue 81 Inc), this is an e-mail and contact management system that enables us to send electronic messages. We hold this data through the legal basis of consent, if you wish to withdraw this consent at any time, every e-mail has an unsubscribe link, you can also use any of the methods mentioned below.
- If you subscribe to our mailing list, we shall ask for your forename, surname and e-mail address, this is to be able to provide you with personalised content (it gets opened more!). - This information is stored safely within our CRM system, powered by HubSpot Inc. HubSpot Inc work as a data processor for us, they are a PrivacyShield participant and you can view their privacy policy here. We hold this data under the legal basis of legitimate interest. We hold this data for a maximum of 6 Years.
- If you request a quotation or are an existing customer, we hold a variety of data on file of your company or organisation. This information enables us to provide you with a quotation and to fulfil our contractual obligations. We hold data in two locations.
- Within our Sales CRM system, powered by HubSpot Inc, you can view their privacy policy here. We hold Company Name, website address and social media handles. We also hold contact details for employees of organisations, such as name, e-mail address and telephone numbers. We will retain this data throughout the contract duration, we shall retain this data for up to 10 years from the finalisation of the most recent contract or quotation.
- Within our estimation software, locally hosted and encrypted. The information held consists of the company name, company registration number, company VAT number (if applicable), company registration address and also personal contact details such as name, e-mail address and telephone number. We will retain this data throughout the contract duration, we shall retain this data for up to 10 years from the finalisation of the most recent contract or quotation.
Traffic Optimisation
To ensure you get the best experience when viewing our website, we utilise a traffic optimisation service called CloudFlare. They work by distributing our website content through their own servers located around the world, this means that you only have to request a copy more local to your browsers location.
