Nene Data & Electrical Ltd are a Northamptonshire based company, specialising in Network Infrastructure Installation.
With installations being carried out in a wide range of environments from commercial and industrial buildings to clean data centres throughout the UK; we are looking for an experienced data cabling engineer with vast experience working in a range of environments.
We are looking for an experienced network infrastructure engineer to join our growing team. It is expected that you will have experience with a range of both copper and fibre cabling solutions and be competent in the manner these are installed, terminated and tested.
You should be comfortable with:
- Key cabling test standards and installation guidelines.
- The design & installation of containment systems.
- Working from drawings, schematics, installation plans and various other documentation.
It would be beneficial if you had the following licenses and accreditations:
- Full UK Driving License
- City & Guilds 3666/3667
- ECS/CSCS Card
- PASMA License
- IPAF License
Due to the nature of this role, there is a possibility that night work and work away from home may be required, the ideal candidate will be flexible with working overtime (where this is required overtime and stopover allowance is paid).
Expected earnings with overtime and expenses will be in the region of £20,000 – £25,000 based upon experience.
